Small Extruded Brass Furniture Hinges are top quality. Each is made from substantial brass extrusions. They are heavier and stronger than similarly sized cabinet hinges. Once installed hinges are free swinging and fully swaged for a snug fit. Each is made with a fixed hinge-pin and counter sunk screw holes. Made in England.
1-1/2″ x 7/8″ size is small. Use on small furniture, boxes and doors.
Extruded Brass Cabinet Hinges are made by forcing brass into special dies, under extreme pressure. This produces a hinge that is stronger and thicker than stamped hinges. The brass is left unfinished, providing great flexibility. It can be left to age naturally or polished to a shiny lustrous finish. If preferred it can be antiqued or installed and then finished at the same time the furniture is finished.
