Reproduction Antique Glass Lamp, Green Gem is a striking addition to home offices and dens. The green glass is a classic color, having been widely used in banks and libraries, at the turn of the 19th century. This classic lamp offers a timeless appearance.

Jewel-like green glass shades is cased glass.  This hand blown lamp shade is made by fusing two layers of glass together. Outer layer is green producing a pleasing green glow when lit, inner layer is white.  Efficient for task lighting as white interior reflects light downward. Electric cord exits from burner, not base. Easy on-off switch is conveniently located on side of burner. Lamp base is “Princess Feather” pattern glass. Both lamp base and chimney are clear glass.
